New at Hapstar: May 2025

Sneak Peek: Hapstar 3.0 is Nearly Here.
New Gamified Journey
Hapstar 3.0 introduces a brand-new points system: users will now earn points for every action they take. This gamified approach makes wellbeing activities more engaging and provides tangible, trackable
metrics for individual progress.
In addition to the whole person wellbeing profile (see below), this increases the user motivation to complete the full set of assessments and the actions within their personalised wellbeing plans.
Simply put, the higher the wellbeing points, the more accurate the user’s profile and recommendations will be, as problems are detected, and support on the important matters is delivered. Your management reports will also become more accurate as a result.
You may also want to use wellbeing points to run internal engagement challenges – a powerful way to encourage better understand of and support for wellbeing across your team.

The Indicators: A Deeper Look into Wellbeing
Wellbeing is complex. Challenges are rarely caused by a single issue – that’s why our platform considers all five core pillars: mental, physical, social, career, and financial wellbeing.
With Hapstar 3.0, users will benefit from enhanced insights driven by AI and clinical assessments, including tools such as GAD-7. These help to uncover the deeper-rooted challenges and early signs of risk, including:
– Stress
– Anxiety
– Isolation
– Psychological Safety
– Burnout
– Resilience
This upgraded approach provide further science-backed understanding of each individual’s wellbeing – supporting smarter journeys for users and sharper, more actionable data for platform administrators.

New: The Whole Person Profile
We use the results from our clinical and non-clinical assessments, along with all other user activity, running this through our AI algorithms to create highly personalised wellbeing profiles for each user.
These contain:
– A two-line Wellbeing Snapshot – a clear summary of the most important insights from the user’s full engagement and assessment data
– Top challenges and promoters of wellbeing – highlighting what’s supporting their wellbeing, and what’s holding it back
– A personalised wellbeing style – designed to bring their profile to life through relatable examples and visuals
– Key patterns and progress trends – uncovering behaviouralshifts and emerging focus areas over time
– The more users engage, the richer and more accurate their profile becomes – which means better recommendations for them, and stronger, more actionable reporting for you.
We’ll confirm the release date very soon – but for now, we hope you’re as excited as we are.
