New at Hapstar: April 2025
It’s been a busy month once again. We’ve launched our AI analytics report for administrators, added 5 new videos from qualified therapists, moved one-step closer to launching our cutting-edge ‘Whole Person Profile’ and won the ‘Best Health and Wellbeing Initiative’ at the prestigious PPMA awards.
Hapstar Awarded Best Health & Wellbeing Initiative
We were thrilled to be awarded “Best Health and Wellbeing Initiative” at this year’s PPMA (Public Services People Managers Association) Awards.
With over 120 applicants and 5 other shortlisted finalists, we were overwhelmed to win the award, with the panel of judges validating the impact of our impactful work, recognised as life-changing in many cases.
Being trusted to make change in such a high-pressure environment within the public sector, and making a real difference to the support provided to frontline workers is not something we take lightly and we are delighted with the results of the programme so far.
Hapstar AI analytics for administrators – detecting signs for further intervention
AI is becoming embedded in many tools within your HR tech stack. Our new AI analytics report is pushing the limits, converging the capability to identify trends, understand sentiment and objectively compare against assessments within one giant data-set.
This means Hapstar administrators can now view a dashboard of comparative analytics revealing the complex inter-connected issues related to wellbeing and mental health. With a simplified red-amber-green rating, you can identify causes for concern and look to intervene where recommended.
Our innovative approach to trend evaluation is exactly why we were awarded the ‘Best Health and Wellbeing Initiative’ by the PPMA.
New ‘Whole Person’ Profile
At Hapstar, we are taking the above one step further, as we use insights to inform reflective self-assessments, next steps for transformation, and tailored advice for pairing individuals with the correct human-led interventions.
We firmly believe that wellbeing should be approached through a truly holistic lens. We understand that wellbeing challenges are often complex and multifaceted – rarely attributable to a single cause.
For this reason, it is essential to consider all five core pillars of wellbeing when an individual takes that important first step towards making a change. In many cases, individuals may be aware of a shift in their mental state, yet not fully recognise the risks they may be facing.
With the introduction of our upcoming mental health and risk factor assessments, we will be able to more precisely identify and mitigate key risk factors – such as stress. isolation, low mood, and reduced psychological safety – alongside numerous other common contributors to declining wellbeing.
Whilst our ‘whole-person’ profiles are invaluable stand-alone outcomes, we are committed to facilitating human connection in whatever capacity is best for our users.
Hapstar’s AI summary service will streamline crucial in-platform conversations between user and organisation, by delivering the individual with a clear breakdown of their challenges, what to ask for help with, and importantly, how.
