We are delighted to announce our partnership with North West Ambulance Service. Their commitment to providing proactive support for their workforce is outstanding, and having aggregated insights according to region, team, and role is going to transform their ability to tailor support according to real needs.

This comes at a time where we need to intervene to keep our workforce healthy, more than ever before.

The leadership team at NWAS champions their ongoing commitment to proactive mental health support wholeheartedly. 

Piloting first with specific groups within the Trust to encourage connection with the platform, plus a customised and branded iteration of Hapstar to help with familiarity, are just part of the puzzle when it comes to a successful launch. 

This also coincides with Hapstar’s newly restored commitment to support specifically built with the emergency services in mind, as their digital trauma pathway launches in the coming months, alongside their peer support project.
