An improved user experience, more varied insight opportunities, and a unique, detailed wellbeing profile for every person – Hapstar 3.0 has been very well received.
The user experience has been transformed in the last 6 months, with enhanced personal homepage providing key scores, gamification of progress towards creating your holistic profile, a written AI summary of the key trends and indicators from scores, with matched videos and eLearning listed as suggested actions. Their profile changes after every completed assessment, becoming increasingly useful over time.
Here’s a breakdown of each enhancement;
1. New personal profiles: reveals personal insights, wellbeing style and recommendations for every user, changing after every assessment.
2. New assessments: 6 new risk indicator assessments have been added – Resilience, Burnout, Isolation, Psychological Safety, Stress, Anxiety – helping users recognise risk factors of changed mental health, and, as administrators, assisting trend spotting across your entire user base.
3. New AI: Hapstar’s advanced, ethical AI analyses and benchmarks scores across multiple assessment types (e.g. anxiety, physical wellbeing, stress) to create reports for each assessment and an overall report.
4. New content: over 30 new videos, 50 eLearning activities and 30 other self-guided tools added to the library since launch.
