Code 0 is an online platform and mobile app specially crafted to support the mental health and wellbeing of our community of people working in emergency services

Once logged in, you build out your wellbeing profile, analysing your physical, mental, social, career and financial health, and our AI detects early signs of mental health challenges and recommends actions. You can instantly reach our for help, with the Speak Up and Community features, giving you access to peer-to-peer support. The platform includes 12 assessments, your automated personalised plan, 100s of professional videos and eLearning materials and your wellbeing profile which continually adjusts to reflect your most recent interactions within the platform.

We're doing everything we can to bring the best support to you at the lowest cost, so to access Code 0 it's a simple £3.99 per month or £40 per year. 

Within the Code 0 platform, you can submit comments and questions to the community forum, or to the Code 0 team directly - and it will always be anonymous and confidential - we will never see your personal details.
